Below is a letter from Virginia Attorney General Robert McDonnell to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg regarding House Bill 2653, which prohibits gun dealer entrapment schemes, such as those orchestrated by Mayor Bloomberg. HB 2653 was signed into law by Virginia Governor Kaine on March 23, 2007.
